Round 1
Dawson takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. An attempt at a clinch takedown from Kigola is defended well by Pete. Kigola grabs an overhook, steps to the side to land two haymaker body shots, then an uppercut. Kigola returns to the clinch. Amaziah is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. "Greco Trainer" places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. "Greco Trainer" throws a short elbow at Pete. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
Dawson connects with a series of punches forcing "Greco Trainer" into a clinch. Pete Dawson wraps his arm around the back of Amaziah Kigola and hip tosses him over to his back with an O Goshi throw. Pete Dawson lands in side control. "Greco Trainer" takes a few knees to the body while under Pete Dawsons side control. "Greco Trainer" sneaks a leg back under the body of Pete to achieve a defensive half guard. Dawson is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Kigola gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Amaziah Kigola tries to explode out the backdoor but Pete sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. Amaziah Kigola falls flat to protect himself. "Greco Trainer" rolls to his back and turtles up. Pete Dawson releases hooks and steps off to the side and immediately hooks an arm with his leg. Pete Dawson grabs his opponents opposite arms and somersaults forward into crucifix position and applies a choke. "Greco Trainer" struggles to break free but the ref jumps in and saves him.
