Round 1 Bisping sends Cody Dempsey to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Bryce pulls out of the guard of Cody Dempsey, stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of Cody Dempsey. Bryce passes through Cody Dempseys guard into mount. Cody Dempsey gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Bisping peppers "Luck of the Irish" with several shots to the face. "Luck of the Irish" starts to wiggle out of back control, Bisping lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Bryce Bisping connects with a hard punch making "Luck of the Irish" bring him in to a tight clinch. "Luck of the Irish" attempts to grab the plum but is hit by an aggressive uppercut from Bryce. Bryce fakes a shot attempt from the clinch, opening Cody up for a flurry of hooks. A lazy leg kick from Cody Dempsey is caught by Bisping who lands a huge overhand right, flooring Cody Dempsey. Bisping kicks at the thighs of Cody Dempsey. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Cody winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Cody presses forward and is able to jump up and grab onto Bisping, aggressively pulling guard. Bisping pushes down Cody Dempseys leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Cody sweeps Bisping over and into his half guard. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Dempsey throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Bisping. Bryce lands a devastating overhand right on Dempsey. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Cody Dempsey throws a push kick. Bryce shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Codys nose.
Bryce Bisping connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Cody Dempsey throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Bisping is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Dempsey connects with a hard jab as Bisping attempts a wide outside hook. Bisping hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Cody Dempsey attempts to clinch, but Bryce Bisping connects with an uppercut to the jaw. Cody throws a few jabs at Bisping that miss the mark.Round 3 comes to a close.
