Both fighters move in to strike but miss their marks. As they jockey for position in the clinch Aadil Bousaid wins the momentum battle and falls into side control on top of Iakovos Papageorgiou.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Aadil Bousaid clinches with Iakovos Papageorgiou and pulls guard but Iakovos Papageorgiou gets in his half guard on the way down. "Iraq Attack" defends short shots well by turning his head. Papageorgiou attempts to get a leg free and successfully moves into dominant side control. Papageorgiou drops some hammer fists on Aadil Bousaid. Aadil Bousaid gives his back in an attempt to get out of side control. As Iakovos Papageorgiou spins around to take it, Aadil Bousaid makes his way back to his feet. Iakovos Papageorgiou stuffs a shot from "Iraq Attack" and hits him with a hard hook to the temple and pushes him to take his guard. "Iraq Attack" is pummeled by some well timed bombs from Iakovos Papageorgiou. Papageorgiou locks a kimura but "Iraq Attack" is too strong and he cannot finish it. He settles for a couple shots to Aadils face. An arm-triangle attempt forces "Iraq Attack" to open his guard. Iakovos hops over Aadils leg to side mount but cannot finish the choke. Round 3 comes to a close.
