Round 1
Hoo throws a cross that easily dodged by Heath. Ray starts to put on the pressure, forcing Mitchell back into the cage. Ray takes advantage and clinches. Hoo takes the back of Heath who works for a kimura. Hoo pulls his arm out of the hold and push Heath away. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Ray works Heath Mitchell into the cage from the clinch. Ray presses his head under Mitchells chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. As both fighters jockey in the clinch Hoo turns and reaches his arm across the waist of Heath Mitchell grabbing the back of his thigh while grabbing behind the opposite leg with his other hand. Hoo dumps Heath Mitchell backwards over his own leg with a Sukui Nage. Hoo drops to side control. Ray attempts to mount, but gets a few punches from Heath Mitchell for his troubles. Mitchell takes a few knees to the body while under Rays side control. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
Mitchell swaying back and forth with Balanco swings and fakes a Pisao kick but instead attacks low with a Chapa Baixa kick to the knee of Ray. Ray dodges a jab and clinches with Heath, delivering a knee as he does so. The fighters circle each other. Heath swaying back and forth with Balanco swings and pushes a Pisao kick to the head of Hoo catching him flush. Hoo falls to the ground leading to a brutal ground and pound finish for Heath.
