Round 1 Pera lands a double jab. Silva presses forward and is able to jump up and grab onto Pera, aggressively pulling guard. Royler Silva gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Silva grabs an overhook and kicks his leg out to snatch an omoplata. Pera rolls over giving up side control. Round 3 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Cicero works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Pera breaks away from the clinch while delivering a knee. Pera throws an axe kick that misses the target. Cicero connects with numerous jabs to the face of Royler Silva. Silva hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Pera circles Silva, then lans a push kick that knocks him to the floor. A solid kick bruises the leg of Royler. Round 3 is over.
