Laiafi Leniu narrowly dodges a cross from Carpenter, but falls catching him in his guard. Leniu gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Eddie Carpenter tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Laiafi Leniu dives down and grabs the foot of Carpenter. Laiafi Leniu reaches his other arm over his thigh and sneaks it under his foot clasping to his other arm achieving a painful toe hold. Carpenter taps out from the pain.
