Round 1 Johnson loses his balance from a well timed strike, and is awkwardly taken down by "Popped" for the mistake. "Popped" has side control. Tim slides his knee across the body of Dillon and takes full mount. Tim Cherry maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Dillon gets pummeled by the fists of Tim. Dillon gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. Tim Cherry peppers Dillon with several shots to the face. Cherry lands a series of heavy punches forcing Dillon Johnson to roll to his back, giving Cherry mount. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 Tim Cherry throws a cross that easily dodged by Johnson. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Dillon is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. Tim receives a couple of stiff short hooks in the clinch. Dillon Johnson attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Cherry pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Dillon sprawls a takedown attempt from Tim. Dillon Johnson connects with a hard right hand putting Tim Cherry on the mat. Dillon Johnson goes down with him into side control. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Dillon circles "Popped", mixing jabs with body shots. Johnson gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Dillon Johnson carefully protects himself from "Poppeds" strikes. Dillon starts to wiggle out of back control, Tim lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Dillon throws a cross that easily dodged by "Popped". Dillon Johnson circles "Popped", landing jabs at will. Cherry throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Dillon puts Cherry on the mat giving his back up. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
