The fighters advance and touch gloves. Maali Qazi hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Flores dives in for a takedown but the momentum of the attempt ends in a scramble back to their feet. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Alondra takes Qazis back standing. Alondra lands a couple of uppercuts from behind. Qazi is able to work her way back around. Maali ducks under to the back of Alondra and hops up getting both hooks in. Maali applies a deep choke. Alondra fights off the hands and spins around back into the clinch. "Event fighter" is looking for a throw, but Maali centers up and goes for a takedown of her own. "Event fighter" takes advantage sinking a deep guillotine choke. Maali has no choice but to tap out.
