Round 1 The fighters advance and touch gloves. Cornelius Duff snaps back the head of Senio Alovili with a stiff jab. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Duff works Senio into a corner, swimming for double underhooks. Duff presses his head into Alovilis chest, forcing him to the ground. Cornelius Duff takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Alovilis guard. It doesn't pay off as Senio Alovili makes his way to standing. A trip to the ground allows Senio to move into the guard of Duff. Senio Alovili tries to move to half guard but Duff uses the opportunity to land several strikes and return to full guard. Duff begins to posture on his side. Senio Alovili lands a couple of outside hooks and Duff returns to the guard. A triangle attempt from Cornelius Duff is defended by Alovili posturing high in the guard. Cornelius Duff swiftly switches to an armbar. Alovili taps quickly.
