Round 1
Pearson parries Manuels jab and lands a hook. Manuel lands a hook to the body. Manuel hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Manuel hits an uppercut to the head of Spencer followed by a hard hook. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
Spencer throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Fraga is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Pearson connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Fraga throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from "Gold Pony". Pearson tries to hyperextend the knee of Manuel with a kick to the kneecap. Manuel hops back to avoid it. Manuel connects with a strong body shot combo. Fraga lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a strong uppercut. The bell signals the end of round 2.

Round 3
Both fighters trade glancing shots continuing to find their respective range. Manuel Fraga connects with a hard punch making Spencer bring him in to a tight clinch. Pearson drops to a knee and attempts a takedown from the clinch. Fraga sets a guillotine choke but Pearson slips out at the last moment. Pearson is now caught in guard. Fraga attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Manuel circles Pearson, keeping him at bay with quick strikes. Fraga unleashes a flurry of punches on Spencer. Pearson throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Manuel puts Pearson on the mat giving his back up. Round 3 comes to a close.
