Round 1 Joe Clark lands a left hook, only to follow up with a strong kick to the ribs. Joe throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Arnmundur Heimirsson is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Arnmundur Heimirsson connects with a right that puts Joe off balance tumbling to the mat, as Arnmundur Heimirsson towers over him. Arnmundur Heimirsson hovers over Joe pushing his legs to the side and throwing punches down at his body and head. Joe sends a hard up kick that rocks Arnmundur Heimirsson. Joe stands back up. Joe Clark is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Heimirsson stands over Joe Clark, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Joe Clark cannot trap him in his guard and pushes him away instead. Heimirsson kicks at the legs of Clark and then asks him to stand up. The referee tells Clark to stand. Arnmundur Heimirsson dodges a series of strikes from Joe and counters with a body shot and cross. Arnmundur Heimirsson then backs up and wags a finger at Joe. Arnmundur Heimirsson ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Clark to the mat, and his back. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 The fighters circle each other. Arnmundur parries a jab but leaves himself open for an uppercut. Heimirsson parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross. The fighters circle each other. A series of unanswered punches from Joe forces the ref to stop the action.
