Round 1 Ray Rogers keeps Clark at a distance with some well timed jabs. Clark connects with a hard punch making Ray Rogers bring him in to a tight clinch. Ray directs the head of Clark leading to a stiff knee to the face. Clark throws a solid knee to the jaw of Ray Rogers. An attempt at a clinch takedown from Rogers is defended well by Joe. Rogers grabs an overhook, steps to the side to land two haymaker body shots, then an uppercut. Rogers returns to the clinch. Rogers puts Clark out cold with a powerful elbow to the chin.
