Round 1 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Ivan works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Ivan lands a double jab. Ivan Kovacevic and Adam Armstrong begin to trade strikes. Adam Armstrong lands a jab, cross. Ivan Kovacevic connects with a body shot followed by a hook. Ivan Kovacevic gains a muay-thai clinch and lands some hard hooks. He then pulls Armstrongs head to a strong knee strike, knocking him to the floor. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Armstrong works "Crotch Rocket" into the cage from the clinch. Armstrong presses his head under Ivans chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Adam escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Adam circles Ivan Kovacevic, landing jabs at will. "Crotch Rocket" throws a hard leg kick but is checked by Armstrong. A wild right hook from Ivan Kovacevic puts Adam Armstrong to sleep.
