Round 1
Scott connects with a series of punches forcing Guto Peixoto into a clinch. Ashton Scott ducks under to the back of Peixoto and hops up getting both hooks in. Ashton Scott applies a deep choke. Peixoto fights off the hands and spins around back into the clinch. Ashton Scott takes Peixotos back standing. Guto isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Ashton Scott lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Guto to release. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Ashton Scott works Guto Peixoto into the cage from the clinch. Ashton Scott presses his head under Guto Peixotos chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Peixoto takes Ashton Scotts back standing, but Scott isolates an arm and locks a spinning kimura but Peixoto squirms out and both fighters end up standing. Guto Peixoto throws a cross that easily dodged by Ashton Scott. Peixoto throws a push kick. Ashton Scott shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Peixotos nose. Ashton Scott keeps Peixoto at a distance with some well timed jabs. Guto throws a hard jab but Ashton Scott throws a cross right over the top that knocks Guto to the ground. Ashton lays into Peixotos thighs with some well timed kicks while Guto is grounded. Round 2 is over.

Round 3
Guto throws a push kick. Ashton shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Peixotos nose. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Guto Peixoto takes the back of Scott who works for a kimura. Guto Peixoto pulls his arm out of the hold and push Scott away. Ashton Scott keeps Guto at a distance with some well timed jabs. A lazy leg kick from Ashton is caught by Peixoto who lands a huge overhand right, flooring Ashton. Round 3 comes to a close.

Ashton Scott wins by Unanimous Decision
