Round 1 Ennio grabs the plum and lands a strong elbow to the head of Austin Ross. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Ennio Civita connects with a series of punches forcing Austin into a clinch. Ennio Civita takes Rosss back standing. Ross isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Ennio Civita lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Ross to release. Ennio connects with a right that puts Austin Ross off balance tumbling to the mat, as Ennio towers over him. Ennio Civita drops a huge strike to "Ruthlesss" chin, landing into his guard. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Ennio throws a hard jab but "Ruthless" throws a cross right over the top rocking Ennio. Austin Ross sends Ennio Civita to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Ennio Civita is hit with a series of powerful punches while utilizing the guard. "Ruthless" pushes down Civitas leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Austin Ross is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Civita gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Ennio starts to wiggle out of back control, "Ruthless" lets him escape putting them both on their feet. The fighters circle each other. Austin Ross connects with a strong right hook. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Austin circles Civita, mixing jabs with body shots. Ross unleashes a flurry of punches on Ennio. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Ennio drops down and thrusts forward with a textbook double leg takedown. Civita uses strikes to open Austin Rosss guard. Civita stands up and waves "Ruthless" up. Ennio shoots in and grabs a single leg. Ross hops on one leg and defends the takedown. While on one leg, he leaps into the air and lands his apposing knee forcing Ennio to release the attempt. Austin Ross keeps Ennio Civita at a distance with some well timed jabs. Ennio Civita is staggered by a jab to the chin. Round 3 comes to a close.
