Round 1 Tom tries to hyperextend the knee of Alwin with a kick to the kneecap. Alwin hops back to avoid it. The fighters circle each other. Alwin throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Rogers puts Alwin on the mat giving his back up. Tom works his arm around the neck of Alwin attempting to get a tight rear naked choke but Alwin hand fights well. Lyon slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Alwin Lyon connects with a hard jab as Tom Rogers attempts a wide outside hook. Tom stuffs a shot from Lyon and hits him with a hard hook to the temple and pushes him to take his guard. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 A lazy leg kick from Alwin is caught by Tom who lands a huge overhand right, flooring Alwin. Tom Rogers drops a huge strike to Alwins chin, landing into his guard. Tom Rogers drops a few strong punches, opening up Lyons guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. "PL Trainer" telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Alwin gives up his back to stop the attempt. Tom peppers Alwin with several shots to the face. Rogers begins to look for a rear naked choke, but Lyon rolls to being mounted instead. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Tom narrowly dodges a cross from Alwin, but falls catching him in his guard. Alwin Lyon snatches a leg and wrenches back for an ankle lock. Tom Rogers defends well so the lock changes to a heel hook. Alwin Lyon rotates into a very tight knee bar and there is nowhere for Tom Rogers to go so he has to tap out before some major damage takes place.
