Round 1 Trip Severn circles Dale, landing jabs at will. A welt begins to form under Jodoins eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Trip Severn. Trip Severn lands a double jab. Trip Severn connects with a strong right hook. Trip circles Jodoin, mixing jabs with body shots. Jodoin tries to stop a shot with a punch but Trip plows through Dales attempt and ends up in guard. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Dale Jodoin narrowly dodges a cross from Severn, but falls catching him in his guard. Two large hammerfists forces Dale to attempt to shift away from Trip Severn which give Trip Severn the opportunity to move to half guard. Dale lands some stiff elbows from the ground, but Trip is able to take full mount. Trip Severn executes a double hand slap to the ears of Jodoin. Jodoin gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Trip Severn executes a double hand slap to the ears of Jodoin. Severn peppers shot to the head of Dale Jodoin looking for an opening to apply a rear naked choke but Dale Jodoin is hand playing well. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Trip throws a hard jab but Dale throws a cross right over the top that knocks Trip to the ground. Dale drops a huge strike to Severns chin, landing into his guard. Dale Jodoin keeps his head down in the chest of Severn to avoid any submission attempts. Dale Jodoin leans up and lands some short punches before lowering back down. Dale takes advantage of a mental laps from Trip and moves into full mount. Severn attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Trip Severn gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Giving up his back, Trip panics and gives up mount instead. Jodoin secures his position. Round 3 is over.
