Round 1 Dick narrowly dodges a cross from Vinnie Newton, but falls catching him in his guard. Dick Berry begins to posture on his side. Vinnie Newton lands a couple of outside hooks and Dick Berry returns to the guard. Newton sits up in "Dingles" open guard and spins to an leg lock. Dick Berry is able to gator-roll out of it and make it to standing. Dick Berry is staggered by a jab to the chin. Vinnie Newton throws a few jabs at Dick Berry that miss the mark. Dick Berry is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from Newton. Newton now has side control. Newton drops some hammer fists on Dick. "Dingle" sweeps over Newton and quickly obtains mount position. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Dick Berry plows through Vinnie with a driving double leg takedown. Vinnie Newton dodges some ground strikes from "Dingle", and sends a few back of his own.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 The fighters circle each other. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Dick lands a double jab. Vinnie Newton stuffs a shot from Dick Berry and hits him with a hard hook to the temple and pushes him to take his guard. Round 3 is over.
