Round 1
Karen Babayan slips a cross from Villareal and lands an uppercut to the liver. "El Pepsi" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Karen connects with a hard jab as Rolando attempts a wide outside hook. Villareal pummels Karen with a series of rapid fire fists. Babayan throws a hard jab but Rolando Villareal throws a cross right over the top that knocks Babayan to the ground. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Round 2
Karen Babayan throws a cross that easily dodged by Rolando Villareal. Rolando Villareal connects with a hard punch making Karen Babayan bring him in to a tight clinch. "El Pepsi" receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Rolando. Rolando Villareal places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Karen recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. Karen Babayan eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Rolando. Karen Babayan is staggered by a jab to the chin. Rolando Villareal connects with jab cross combination. Karen throws a hard jab but Rolando throws a cross right over the top that knocks Karen to the ground. Round 2 is over.

Round 3
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Rolando works to "El Pepsis" back while standing. Rolando throws a couple of outside shots until "El Pepsi" is able to work his way back to the clinch. Villareal takes the back of "El Pepsi" who works for a kimura. Villareal pulls his arm out of the hold and push "El Pepsi" away. A welt begins to form under Babayans eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Rolando. A jab-hook-uppercut combo has Karen Babayan stepping back and shaking the cobwebs out. Rolando Villareal connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. Babayan hunts down his opponent and throws 2 heavy haymakers that get nothing but air. Round 3 comes to a close.
