Round 1 Xaver Heidenreich is struck by some looping punches and kicks and goes for the clinch to shorten the distance. Shawn Lynch welcomes the clinch landing a lead knee and a powerful elbow. Then pushes Xaver Heidenreich back to striking distance. Xaver connects with a hard punch making Shawn Lynch bring him in to a tight clinch. Lynch works to Xavers back while standing. Lynch throws a couple of outside shots until Xaver is able to work his way back to the clinch. "Frankinstien" works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Heidenreich takes Shawn Lynchs back standing. Lynch isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Heidenreich lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Lynch to release. Shawn Lynch circles away from Xaver Heidenreich, landing strong kicks to the lead leg. Shawn Lynch takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Lynch connects with a strong right hook. "Frankinstien" is met with a cross and a liver shot that staggers him. Shawn Lynch explodes with a flurry of punches that ends with "Frankinstien" out on his feet. The refs steps in as "Frankinstien" cannot defend himself.
