Round 1
The fighters advance aggressively to center canvas, deciding not to touch gloves. "Carebear Stare" connects with a series of punches forcing Claudia De St Croix into a clinch. Vera is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. De St Croix escapes the clinch and creates some distance. A looping right hook from "Carebear Stare" sends Claudia to the mat. Jenalyn Vera drops a huge strike to Claudias chin, landing into her guard. "Carebear Stare" stands up with "Limoncello" still holding guard. As "Limoncello" releases her guard "Carebear Stare" spins to a kneebar but it is too shallow. "Carebear Stare" takes couple of shots to the head. The fighters scramble to standing position. Claudia narrowly dodges a cross from Jenalyn Vera, but falls catching her in her guard. Claudia De St Croix attempts an armbar from the bottom, but Jenalyn Vera slips out at the last moment. Jenalyn dodges a few strikes from Claudia and cuts her open with a couple of powerful elbows. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Claudia works to "Carebear Stares" back while standing. Claudia throws a couple of outside shots until Vera is able to work her way back to the clinch. De St Croix isoles and arm and sinks a standing armbar. Vera spins out and trips De St Croix eventually taking her guard. Claudia De St Croix pulls "Carebear Stare" close and connects with a few heel strikes to the back. Vera keeps her head down in the chest of "Limoncello" to avoid any submission attempts. Vera leans up and lands some short punches before lowering back down. "Limoncello" is pummeled by some well timed bombs from "Carebear Stare". De St Croix locks a triangle but "Carebear Stare" defends well. De St Croix decides to let go of the hold. Round 2 is finished.

Round 3
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Vera throws a short elbow at Claudia De St Croix. Jenalyn Vera dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses her balance and falls to the ground, with Claudia standing over her. Claudia stands over "Carebear Stare", works her way through her open guard and lands some solid standing punches. "Carebear Stare" is able to grab an arm and pull Claudia into her guard. Vera lands a stiff elbow while on her back. Vera attempts an armbar from the bottom, but "Limoncello" slips out at the last moment. Claudia De St Croix drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Jenalyn sinks a kimura, but cannot finish. She settles for a switch into mount. The round comes to an end.
