Round 1 "Cookie Monster" narrowly dodges a cross from "GreenZ", but falls catching him in his guard. Mau drops a few strong punches, opening up Richard Renauds guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. Richard Renaud gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Richard Renaud starts to wiggle out of back control, "GreenZ" lets him escape putting them both on their feet. "GreenZ" catches a leg kick from Renaud, and puts him on the mat. Gonzalez attempts to pass Richard Renauds guard, and does so, but receives multiple strikes in the attempt. "GreenZ" telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Renaud gives up his back to stop the attempt. Mau Gonzalez tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Richard Renaud starts to wiggle out of back control, Gonzalez lets him escape putting them both on their feet. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Gonzalez fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing "Cookie Monster" to a corner. "Cookie Monster" swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. Gonzalez defends a triangle attempt, throwing Renauds straight leg over his head and makes a move for side control. Richard is able to hold him to half guard. Mau Gonzalez tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Mau Gonzalez slips out of half guard and into side control. "Cookie Monster" takes a few knees to the body while under "GreenZs" side control. Gonzalez lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 "GreenZ" takes Renaud down to the mat with a good double leg takedown, leading to him standing over Renaud. Gonzalez drops a huge strike to Richard Renauds chin, landing into his guard. "GreenZ" drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Gonzalez attempts to pass "Cookie Monsters" guard, and does so, but receives multiple strikes in the attempt. "GreenZ" secures his position. Richard Renaud gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "GreenZ" lands a series of heavy punches forcing Richard Renaud to roll to his back, giving "GreenZ" mount. Richard Renaud attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Round 3 is over.
