Round 1 Nash snaps back the head of Cook with a stiff jab. Parker narrowly dodges a cross from Cook, but falls catching him in his guard. A deep cut is open up over the eye of Nash from strikes in the guard. The ref stops the fight so the doctor can look at it. The doctor says he can continue. A can opener from Cook opens up "Submission Machines" guard. Cook lands two quick strikes as he moves into half guard. Kurt hits "Submission Machine" with some punches to the side of the head. Cook tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Kurt opens a cut over the eye of Parker Nash. The doctor takes a look at it, and says he's okay to continue. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Cook attempts to press in but Nash uses a inside reaping to put Cook on the canvas. Nash hops to side control. Parker slides his knee across the body of "Elvis" and takes full mount. Cook attempts to escape mount but has no luck. "Submission Machine" telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Kurt gives up his back to stop the attempt. Parker tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. "Submission Machine" peppers Kurt Cook with several shots to the face. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Parker narrowly dodges a cross from "Elvis", but falls catching him in his guard. "Elvis" pulls out of the guard of Parker Nash, stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of Parker Nash. Kurt Cook passes through Parker Nashs guard into mount. Parker gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "Submission Machine" carefully protects himself from Cooks strikes. Parker Nash starts to wiggle out of back control, "Elvis" lets him escape putting them both on their feet. "Submission Machine" connects with a series of punches forcing Cook into a clinch. "Elvis" lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Kurt Cook fakes a shot attempt from the clinch, opening Parker Nash up for a flurry of hooks. A shot attempt from "Submission Machine" is sidestepped by Cook who counters with a hard spear of his own. Cook throws an outside hook that lands flush allowing him to stand up to tower over "Submission Machine". Kurt Cook drops a huge strike to Nashs chin, landing into his guard. Round 3 is over.
