Losev slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Hiroki Kita unleashes a flurry of punches on Pavel. Pavel weaves through a jab-cross combo but is met with a strong knee. Kita is struck by a ball kick from Losev that causes him to stumble backwards. The round comes to an end.

Pavel dodges some ground strikes from Hiroki, and sends a few back of his own. Hiroki Kita presses the action while in the guard, but Losev is able to switch him into mount. Hiroki Kita attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Losev swings his leg over locking in a textbook armbar. Hiroki taps out.
