Round 1
Marcos throws a cross that easily dodged by Rodriquez. Rodriquez throws a cross that easily dodged by Marcos. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. "Maniac" attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Araujo pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Marcos shoots a takedown from a distance putting "Maniac" on the ground. "Maniac" attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Cleto Rodriquez sends Araujo to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Marcos Araujo sets in an omaplata, forcing Rodriquez to roll through, giving Marcos Araujo side control. Marcos Araujo lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Rodriquez gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
"Dangerous" snaps back the head of Rodriquez with a stiff jab. "Dangerous" keeps "Maniac" at a distance with some well timed jabs. Marcos Araujo executes a single leg giving him the back of Cleto. Marcos attempts to lock in a rear naked choke, but "Maniac" rolls into to mount to cleverly avoid it. Marcos Araujo secures his position. Rodriquez gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Round 2 comes to a close.

Round 3
Cleto takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Araujo catches a leg kick from Rodriquez, and puts him on the mat. Cleto dodges some ground strikes from Marcos, and sends a few back of his own. Marcos Araujo defends a triangle attempt, throwing Cletos straight leg over his head and makes a move for side control. "Maniac" is able to hold him to half guard. Araujo slams his knee into "Maniacs" ribs. "Maniac" tries to slip his leg out to get full guard, but is having difficulty. Araujo slams his knee into Cletos ribs. Round 3 comes to a close.
