Round 1 The fighters circle each other. Christian Ramos narrowly dodges a cross from Ron, but falls catching him in his guard. Ron attempts to set in a hammer lock from being caught in the guard. Christian slips out of it at the last moment. Bernier attempts to drop bombs while caught in the guard, but Ramos takes the chance to switch Bernier over to mount him. Bernier shifts his head and hips to keep Ramos off balance and unable to land strikes. Ron Bernier gives his back up trying to escape the mount. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Christian connects with a series of punches forcing Ron Bernier into a clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Ron Bernier is caught with a standing kimura from the clinch. Ramos rolls through with it landing in mount. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 The fighters circle each other. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Ron Bernier decides to abandon the clinch by pulling guard and bringing Christian with him. Ramos presses the action while in the guard, but Ron is able to switch him into mount. Round 3 is finished.
