Round 1
Katsuo Nakano lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Ohishi. Kiyoshi grabs for a clinch but Katsuo Nakano grazes him with an uppercut. Kiyoshi staggers back, then surprises Katsuo Nakano with a powerful superman punch. Katsuo is hit with a hook and a shovel punch and stumbles backward. Kiyoshi explodes forward with a superman punch that drops Katsuo to the canvas. Ohishi lays into Katsuos thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Katsuo does so. Katsuo Nakano is met with a hook cross combo that staggers him. Kiyoshi Ohishi explodes with a flurry of punches. Katsuo Nakano is then thrown to the floor. Kiyoshi kicks at the thighs of Katsuo Nakano. Ohishi lays into Katsuos thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. "California Kid" does so. Nakano ducks and weaves through a jab-cross combo but is hit with a nasty uppercut. Kiyoshi Ohishi is rocked by a standing elbow strike.Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
After dodging a jab-cross, Kiyoshi Ohishi lands a kick to the liver of Nakano who steps back and begins to take a knee. Kiyoshi Ohishi rushes forward to capitalize but Nakano stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Nakano circles Ohishi, mixing jabs with body shots. Katsuo Nakano circles Kiyoshi Ohishi, landing jabs at will. Katsuo is staggered by a jab to the chin. Nakano lands a jab, but it is returned by a sick uppercut from Ohishi. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 3
Kiyoshi throws a cross that easily dodged by Katsuo Nakano. Nakanos legs are wobbled by a strong hook to the temple then a shovel punch to the jaw. Nakano lands a strong outside leg kick and follows it up with a jab-cross combo. Kiyoshi circles Katsuo Nakano, keeping him at bay with quick strikes. Ohishi lands a strong outside leg kick but is hit with a heavy counter hook. Kiyoshi Ohishi takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. The bell signals the end of round 3.

Katsuo "California Kid" Nakano wins by Split Decision
