Round 1 The fighters circle each other. Ashton Scott lands a hook to the body. Axl ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Scott to the mat, and his back. Ashton Scott eats a few stiff shots from Axl, and rolls giving mount to stop the ref from ending the fight. Axl maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. "Jive Turkey" gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Axl Hall is cut open by a standing elbow strike. The ref stops the fight. The doctor take a look at the cut and determines Axl Hall can continue. Ashton keeps Axl at a distance with some well timed jabs. "Army Ranger" is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Ashton Scott lays into Axls thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Hall does so. After dodging a jab, Ashton lands a kick to the liver of Hall who steps back only to take a knee. Ashton rushes forward to capitalize but Hall falls to his back to avoid the onslaught. A solid kick bruises the leg of Axl Hall. "Jive Turkey" lays into Halls thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Axl Hall does so. Axl parries "Jive Turkeys" jab and connect with a cross. Ashton lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Hall. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 "Army Ranger" fakes a shot and lunges forward pressing Ashton Scott to a corner. Ashton Scott swims for underhooks but is taken down in the process. An heel strike attempt is dodged by Hall and he traps Ashtons extended leg to move to half guard. Axl Hall tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Ashton Scott hits an upward elbow on Axl Hall, and attempts to get to full guard. During the scramble though Axl Hall takes side control. "Jive Turkey" almost switches side control around, but falls short at the last moment. "Army Ranger" attempts an armbar, but "Jive Turkey" stops the attempt. "Army Ranger" uses the oppurtunity to take mount. Round 3 is over.
