Round 1
Richard Renaud connects with a right that puts Lawerence off balance tumbling to the mat, as Richard Renaud towers over him. "Cookie Monster" attempts to drop a fist on Lawerence, but misses and lands in his guard. "Cookie Monster" drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Lawerence attempts to create some space from his guard, but Richard sees the opening and passes to full mount. Lawerence Kelly attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Kelly gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Richard Renaud lands a series of heavy punches forcing Lawerence to roll to his back, giving Richard Renaud mount. Kelly gives his back up trying to escape the mount. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
Richard Renaud circles Lawerence, mixing jabs and leg kicks. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Lawerence lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. From the clinch, Kelly hurls "Cookie Monster" over his hips dropping him hard to the mat. Kelly is able to get into half guard. Lawerence tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Richard positions himself back into full guard. The round comes to an end.

Round 3
Renaud connects with a strong right hook. Richard parries "the leadheads" jab and connect with a cross. "Cookie Monster" parries Kellys jab and connect with a cross. A series of unanswered punches from Richard Renaud forces the ref to stop the action.
