Round 1 Craig Powell connects with a series of punches forcing Manuelito into a clinch. Powell gets double underhooks, and unleashes unanswered knees to the midsection. Craig Powell dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses his balance and falls to the ground, with Vasquez standing over him. Manuelito drops a huge strike to Craigs chin, landing into his guard. Manuelito Vasquez drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. "Ice Cold" lands a stiff elbow while on his back. "Ice Cold" connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. Vasquez eats a stiff punch to the face, and is then swithced, giving "Ice Cold" full mount.Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 The fighters circle each other. The fighters circle each other. Craig Powell throws a cross that easily dodged by Manuelito Vasquez. "Ice Cold" catches a leg kick from Manuelito Vasquez, and puts him on the mat. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 The fighters circle each other. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Craig attempts to grab the plum but Vasquez takes the opportunity to attain double underhooks and take down Craig. Manuelito takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Craig Powells guard. It doesn't pay off as Powell makes his way to standing. Manuelito narrowly dodges a cross from Craig Powell, but falls catching him in his guard. Manuelito shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Manuelito lands a stiff elbow while on his back. Powell attempts to set in a hammer lock from being caught in the guard. Vasquez slips out of it at the last moment. Round 3 is over.
