Round 1
Nobu Kogo attempts a takedown, but Bailey clumsily falls down without much provocation. Kogo attempts to drop a fist on Arthur, but misses and lands in his guard. Bailey is hit with a series of powerful punches while utilizing the guard. Arthur attempts a few a shots from the guard, but gets mounted for his troubles. Nobu Kogo secures his position. Nobu telegraphs his motions for an armbar, but Arthur Bailey gives up his back to stop the attempt. Nobu lands a series of heavy punches forcing Arthur to roll to his back, giving Nobu mount. Arthur Bailey attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. A strong elbow forces Nobu to lose his balance and fall to the floor. Arthur attempts to drop a fist on Nobu Kogo, but misses and lands in his guard. Nobu is hit with a series of powerful punches while utilizing the guard. Arthur drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Arthur Bailey pulls out of the guard of Nobu Kogo, stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of Nobu Kogo. Nobu sinks a kimura, but cannot finish. He settles for a switch into mount. The round comes to an end.

Round 3
Arthur Bailey narrowly dodges a cross from "Sengoku Power", but falls catching him in his guard. Arthur Bailey works for a triangle but Kogo throws Arthur Baileys straight leg over his head and makes it to half guard. Nobu Kogo tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Nobu Kogo slips out of half guard and into side control. Arthur Bailey takes a few knees to the body while under Kogos side control. Arthur Bailey attempts to escape side control, but "Sengoku Power" spins to north south and executes a beatiful choke tapping Arthur Bailey out.
