Round 1 Elijah lands a hook to the body then a straight cross to the sternum. Elijah gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Jackson lands a devastating overhand right on Assuncao. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Assuncao receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Elijah. Jackson works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Elijah Jackson escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Elijah counters a jab with a stiff uppercut. Assuncao is on the receiving end of a good punching combination from Elijah. Elijah narrowly dodges a cross from Thiago, but falls catching him in his guard. The bell signals the end of round 2.
Round 3 Thiago throws a cross that easily dodged by Jackson. Elijah snaps back the head of Assuncao with a stiff jab. Thiago Assuncao sprawls a takedown attempt from Jackson. Jackson eats several punches on the way back to his feet. Thiago Assuncao unleashes a flurry of punches on Elijah Jackson. "The Hobo Clown" is cut open by a standing elbow strike. The ref stops the fight. The doctor take a look at the cut and determines "The Hobo Clown" can continue. Thiago stuff a shot from Jackson and lands several shots to the body. Jackson attempts to pull guard but Thiago pushes his way to half guard. Round 3 comes to a close.
