Round 1 Lange chips away at Landry with a series of kicks to the legs. Lange lands a solid kick to the inside thigh of Landry. Skip Landry is caught square on the jaw putting him to the canvas, Lange prepares to pounce, but Skip Landry gets his bearings just in time. Skip Lange lays into Landrys thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Skip Landry does so. Landry throws a kick to the midsection that is caught by Skip Lange. Skip Lange lands a sweeping leg kick that puts Landry on his back. Landry thrusts his leg into Langes knee while grounded. Skip Lange lays into Landrys thighs and then backs off and tells him to stand up. Skip Landry does so. After dodging a jab-cross, Skip Lange lands a kick to the liver of Landry who steps back and begins to take a knee. Skip Lange rushes forward to capitalize but Landry stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Landry fakes an overhand and is able to take down Lange with a double-ankle pick. Lange can only work to half guard. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Skip Lange eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Landry. Skip Landry snaps back the head of Lange with a stiff jab. Lange throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Skip Landry puts Lange on the mat giving his back up. Skip Lange carefully protects himself from Landrys strikes. Lange is able to make it back to the standing position. The fighters circle each other. Landry takes Lange down to the mat with a good double leg takedown, leading to him standing over Lange. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 Skip Lange throws a cross that easily dodged by Landry. Landry keeps Skip Lange at a distance with some well timed jabs. Skip Lange circles Skip Landry, landing jabs at will. A series of unanswered punches from Lange forces the ref to stop the action.
