Round 1 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Allen throws a short elbow at Rogers. Dustin grabs the plum and lands several knees to the legs Elijah Allen. Round 2 Dustin Rogers lands a left hook, only to follow up with a strong kick to the ribs. Dustin sends Elijah to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Dustin dodges a few strikes from Allen and cuts him open with a couple of powerful elbows. "grizzly bear" gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. Dustin Rogers opens a cut over the eye of "grizzly bear". The doctor takes a look at it, and says he's okay to continue. Rogers slips out of half guard and into side control. "grizzly bear" gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Elijah Allen starts to wiggle out of back control, "Razor" lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Dustin Rogers connects with a hard right hand putting Elijah on the mat. Dustin Rogers goes down with him into side control. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Dustin attempts a takedown, but cannot finish it. Elijah takes advantage of the moment taking side control. Dustin is wisely defending a kimura. Allen attempts to take it but Dustin is having none of it, though Allen has used the chance the slide into mount. Elijah Allen secures his position. "Razor" gets pummeled by the fists of Elijah Allen. "Razor" gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. "grizzly bear" peppers Dustin with several shots to the face. Elijah Allen lands a series of heavy punches forcing Dustin to roll to his back, giving Elijah Allen mount. The bell signals the end of round 3.
