Round 1 Coleman connects with a right that puts Cory Powell off balance tumbling to the mat, as Coleman towers over him. Joey attempts to drop a fist on Cory, but misses and lands in his guard. Coleman secures his position. Cory Powell gets pummeled by the fists of Joey. Cory Powell gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. Joey Coleman lands a series of heavy punches forcing Cory Powell to roll to his back, giving Joey Coleman mount. Joey punishes Cory with a series of strikes from the mount. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 Joey Coleman circles Powell, landing jabs and crosses at will. Joey Coleman circles Powell, landing jabs at will. Cory Powell ducks and weaves through a quick combo from Coleman and knocks him back with a shovel punch to the jaw. Cory is met with a hook cross combo that staggers him. Joey Coleman explodes forward with a flurry punches that leaves Cory crumpled on the mat.
