Round 1
Antonelli takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Paco Hernandez gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Paco Hernandez carefully protects himself from Mario Antonellis strikes. "Guapo Hero" slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Mario Antonelli circles "Guapo Hero", mixing jabs and leg kicks. "Guapo Hero" circles Mario Antonelli, landing jabs and crosses at will. Mario Antonelli is caught square on the jaw putting him to the canvas, Paco Hernandez prepares to pounce, but Mario Antonelli gets his bearings just in time. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
Antonelli catches a leg kick from Hernandez, and puts him on the mat. Paco works for a triangle but Mario throws Hernandezs straight leg over his head and makes it to half guard. Mario tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Mario slips out of half guard and into side control. Antonelli attempts to mount, but gets a few punches from Hernandez for his troubles. Hernandez gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 3
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Mario receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Hernandez. Paco Hernandez attempts to pull guard, but slips, putting him on the ground, and with Mario standing over him. Antonelli attempts to drop a fist on Hernandez, but misses and lands in his guard. "Guapo Hero" goes for a kimura from the bottom, but Mario Antonelli slips out at the last second. Paco attempts an armbar. Mario Antonelli time a spin perfectly landing a strong overhand as he works his way into Pacos guard. Paco Hernandez goes for a kimura from the bottom, but Mario Antonelli slips out at the last second. Mario attempts to pass Pacos guard, and does so, but receives multiple strikes in the attempt. The bell signals the end of round 3.
