Round 1 Alvaro connects with a strong right hook. Fabi Ivanov is hit with a jab-cross and then brutally shoved to the ground. Alvaro falls into his guard, delivering a strong punch as he does so. Fabi is pummeled by some well timed bombs from Alvaro Faoro. A can opener from Alvaro opens up Fabi Ivanovs guard. Alvaro lands two quick strikes as he moves into half guard. Faoro slams his knee into Fabi Ivanovs ribs. Alvaro tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Alvaro hits Fabi Ivanov with some punches to the side of the head. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Alvaro Faoro circles Ivanov, landing jabs and crosses at will. Ivanov narrowly dodges a cross from Alvaro, but falls catching him in his guard. A deep cut is open up over the eye of Fabi Ivanov from strikes in the guard. The ref stops the fight so the doctor can look at it. The doctor says he can continue. Faoro presses the action while in the guard, but Fabi is able to switch him into mount. Faoro attempts to escape mount but has no luck. "En espanol" is hit with multiple punches, and taps out.
