Round 2 Bert narrowly dodges a cross from Jacob, but falls catching him in his guard. A kimura attempt from Bert Martin is countered by a punch from Jacob King, who then transitions to half guard. King drops an elbow onto the forehead of Bert Martin. Martin hits an upward elbow on Jacob, and attempts to get to full guard. During the scramble though Jacob takes side control. Round 3 Jacob King shoots a takedown from a distance putting Martin on the ground. Bert gives up guard avoiding a powerful hammer fist. He now has half guard. King is able to slip into mount from the half guard. King maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Bert gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Bert Martin tries to explode out the backdoor but Jacob King sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. Bert Martin falls flat to protect himself.
