Round 1 Pete Evans connects with a series of punches forcing "The Gift" into a clinch. Joselio Guerra receives a couple of stiff short hooks in the clinch. Evans attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Joselio Guerra pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Joselio Guerra circles Evans, landing jabs at will. "The Gift" circles "THC Note", mixing jabs with body shots. Guerra circles Evans, mixing jabs with body shots. Round 2 "The Gift" takes down Pete Evans, but remains standing over him. "The Gift" drops a huge strike to Evanss chin, landing into his guard. Guerra dodges a few strikes from "THC Note" and cuts him over his eye with a axe-handle strike. "THC Note" is starting to bleed over his left eye. Joselio passes through Pete Evanss guard into mount. "THC Note" pulls Joselio Guerra close to avoid a flurry of strikes. Pete gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Joselio Guerra lands a series of heavy punches forcing "THC Note" to roll to his back, giving Joselio Guerra mount. Evans gets pummeled by the fists of "The Gift". Evans gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Pete stuffs a shot from Guerra and hits him with a hard hook to the temple and pushes him to take his guard. A deep cut is open up over the eye of Guerra from strikes in the guard. The ref stops the fight so the doctor can look at it. The doctor says he can continue. Joselio Guerra attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Joselio is staggered by a jab to the chin. "THC Note" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Pete Evans locks around the waist of Joselio Guerra. He sneaks his foot behind Joselio Guerras and trips him to the floor, taking side control. Pete lands a few stiff elbows from side control. "THC Note" lands a few stiff elbows from side control. The round comes to an end.
