Round 1
Del takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Butler ducks and weaves through a quick combo from "Russian Madman" and knocks him back with a shovel punch to the jaw. Pavlik ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Del Butler to the mat, and his back. "Russian Madman" lands a series of heavy punches forcing Butler to roll to his back, giving "Russian Madman" mount. Del Butler pulls Pavlik close to avoid a flurry of strikes. Del gives his back up trying to escape the mount. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
Bulatov narrowly dodges a cross from Del, but falls catching him in his guard. Del dodges a few strikes from Pavlik Bulatov and cuts him open with a couple of powerful elbows. "Russian Madman" backs out of the guard after some unsuccessful motions and both fighters are standing. Pavlik Bulatov takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Del Butler is staggered by a jab to the chin. Butler stuffs a shot from "Russian Madman" and lands several shots to his body. "Russian Madman" attempts to pull guard but Butler makes it to side mount. Del drops some hammer fists on Bulatov. Pavlik takes a few knees to the body while under Del Butlers side control. The round comes to an end.

Round 3
Pavlik Bulatov connects with a strong right hook. A single-leg attempt is well defended by Del. Bulatov stands up, lifting the leg of Del and executing a trip takedown. "Russian Madman" knocks the wind out of Del Butler with a strong elbow strike to the abdomen. A couple of hard outside strikes opens up Dels guard and Pavlik Bulatov is able to move to half guard. Butler tries to slip his leg out to get full guard, but is having difficulty. Bulatov opens a cut over the eye of Butler. The doctor takes a look at it, and says he's okay to continue. Pavlik tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Round 3 is over.
