Round 1 Babushkin is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from Carter. Carter now has side control. Axl Carter slides his knee across the body of Oleg Babushkin and takes full mount. Oleg shifts his head and hips to keep Axl Carter off balance and unable to land strikes. Babushkin gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Axl peppers Oleg with several shots to the face. Oleg Babushkin tripods up, causing Axl Carter to fall forward. A scramble ensues and Oleg Babushkin is able to take guard. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Carter is met with a cross and a liver shot that staggers him. Babushkin explodes with a flurry of punches. Carter is then thrown to the floor. Babushkin drops a huge strike to Carters chin, landing into his guard. Oleg dodges a few strikes from "Teshorian Badass" and cuts him over his eye with a axe-handle strike. "Teshorian Badass" is starting to bleed over his left eye. Babushkin drops a few strong punches, opening up Carters guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. Oleg Babushkin secures his position. Axl Carter gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Babushkin lands a series of heavy punches forcing Axl to roll to his back, giving Babushkin mount. Oleg maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Oleg Babushkin works Axl into a corner, swimming for double underhooks. Oleg Babushkin presses his head into Axl Carters chest, forcing him to the ground. Oleg Babushkin pushes down Axl Carters leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Babushkin is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Babushkin maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Axl gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Oleg peppers Carter with several shots to the face. Carter starts to wiggle out of back control, Babushkin lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Round 3 is finished.
