Round 1
Warwick Benecio stuffs a shot from Herrera and lands some powerful outside hammerfists, eventually taking side mount. Benecio slides his knee across the body of "The Punisher" and takes full mount. Nachito pulls Warwick close to avoid a flurry of strikes. "The Punisher" gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "The Punisher" carefully protects himself from "The Darknesss" strikes. Warwick attempts to lock in a rear naked choke, but "The Punisher" rolls into to mount to cleverly avoid it. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
Warwick fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with "The Punisher". "The Punisher" places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Warwick Benecio attempts a takedown from the clinch, but "The Punisher" pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Benecio connects with a strong right hook. Warwick Benecio circles Herrera, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Herrera is staggered by a jab to the chin. "The Darkness" attempts a takedown, but Nachito clumsily falls down without much provocation. Warwick Benecio lays into "The Punishers" thighs with some well timed kicks while Nachito is grounded. The bell signals the end of round 2.

Round 3
Nachito Herrera is hit with a jab and then taken down with a strong trip takedown. "The Darkness" passes through Nachitos guard into mount. "The Punisher" gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Nachito starts to wiggle out of back control, Warwick Benecio lets him escape putting them both on their feet. "The Darkness" takes a punch while shooting but executes the takedown and ends up in Nachitos guard. Warwick Benecio drops a few strong punches, opening up "The Punishers" guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. Nachito Herrera gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Warwick Benecio peppers Nachito Herrera with several shots to the face. "The Darkness" sets in a rear naked choke. "The Punisher" taps out.
