Round 1 "Split" parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross that sends him to the canvas. "The Winner" follows with a falling punch into Smiths guard. "The Winner" tries to pass guard but Smith stops him with a well timed punch. Hikaru drops a few strong punches, opening up Skip Smiths guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. Smith gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Hikaru Nakanishi peppers Skip Smith with several shots to the face. Skip Smith starts to wiggle out of back control, "The Winner" lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Skip Smith attempts a striking combination, but Hikaru Nakanishi forces the clinch. Hikaru Nakanishi works the clinch to his advantage, carefully connecting with precise strikes. Hikaru fakes a shot attempt from the clinch, opening Skip Smith up for a flurry of hooks. "Split" is caught square on the jaw putting him to the canvas, Nakanishi prepares to pounce, but "Split" gets his bearings just in time. Hikaru drops a huge strike to Skips chin, landing into his guard. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Hikaru Nakanishi blocks a hook cross combo but is pushed backward. Smith tries to press the action but is met with a hook, uppercut that keeps him at bay. "The Winner" parries "Splits" jab and connect with a cross. Hikaru Nakanishi lands a hook to the body. Smith lands a strong outside leg kick that is returned by Hikaru. Skip moves in to press the action, but "The Winner" lands a heavy back kick. Hikaru takes a punch and goes to the mat, Skip pounces into side control. Hikaru recovers quickly. Round 2 comes to a close.

Smith tries to press the action but is met with a hook, uppercut that keeps him at bay. Skip Smith moves in to press the action, but "The Winner" lands a heavy back kick. "The Winner" parries Smiths jab and lands a liver shot. The round comes to an end.
