Round 1 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Miguel Azevedo grabs the plum and lands a strong elbow that cuts "Violent Pig" under the eye. Miguel breaks away from the clinch while delivering a knee. Wanderlai is struck by a ball kick from Miguel that causes him to stumble backwards. After dodging a jab-cross, Miguel lands a kick to the liver of Wanderlai who steps back and begins to take a knee. Miguel rushes forward to capitalize but Wanderlai stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Wanderlai Pereira throws a cross that easily dodged by Azevedo. Wanderlai is met with a cross and a liver shot that staggers him. Miguel explodes with a flurry of punches. Wanderlai is then thrown to the floor. Miguel Azevedo drops a huge strike to Pereiras chin, landing into his guard. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Miguel places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Azevedo attempts a takedown from the clinch, but Pereira pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. Miguel lands a solid kick to the front leg of Wanderlai. Miguel Azevedo circles "Violent Pig", landing jabs at will. "Violent Pig" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Pereira is met with a cross and a liver shot that staggers him. Miguel explodes with a flurry of punches. Pereira is then thrown to the floor. Miguel kicks at the thighs of Wanderlai Pereira. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Miguel Azevedo lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Wanderlai. After dodging a jab-cross, Azevedo lands a kick to the liver of Pereira who steps back and begins to take a knee. Azevedo rushes forward to capitalize but Pereira stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Miguel Azevedo parries Pereiras jab and connect with a cross. Miguel keeps Wanderlai Pereira at a distance with some well timed jabs. Azevedo lands a solid kick to the inside thigh of Wanderlai. Miguel parries Wanderlai Pereiras jab and connect with a cross that floors "Violent Pig". Round 3 is over.
