Round 1
"Golden Boy" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Lima Ferreira eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Masanori. Ferreira circles Masanori Takano, landing jabs at will. Lima circles Masanori, landing jabs and crosses at will. Lima Ferreira eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Masanori. A shot from "Golden Boy" is countered by a guillotine from Masanori. "Golden Boy" follows through with a slam, landing in side mount, nullifying the choke. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
"Golden Boy" eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Masanori Takano. "Golden Boy" sends "Kokushi" to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Lima tries to pass guard but Masanori stops him with a well timed punch. "Golden Boy" attempts to drop bombs while caught in the guard, but Masanori Takano takes the chance to switch "Golden Boy" over to mount him. Takano maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Lima is hit with multiple punches, and taps out.
