Round 1
Vince Sherk ducks under a loopy hoop, taking "The MonStar" to the mat, and his back. "The MonStar" carefully protects himself from Sherks strikes. Jov starts to wiggle out of back control, Vince Sherk lets him escape putting them both on their feet. A shot from "The Great White" is countered by a guillotine from Jov. "The Great White" follows through with a slam, landing in side mount, nullifying the choke. Vince slides his knee across the body of Shcherbakov and takes full mount. Shcherbakov attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Jov gives his back up trying to escape the mount. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
A jab from Vince Sherk is blocked and a cross is returned by Jov. Vince Sherk shoots but Jov stuffs it, eventually using a whizzer to work to side control. Sherk takes a few knees to the body while under Jovs side control. "The Great White" gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. Shcherbakov peppers Vince Sherk with several shots to the face. "The Great White" attempts to stand up, but Jov throws his leg over, setting an armbar. "The Great White" taps out.
