Round 1
Earl unleashes a flurry of punches on Seriozha. "Orange Julius" gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. "Nayemnyy Ubiytsa" tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Phillips is able to make it back to the standing position. "Nayemnyy Ubiytsa" takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Earl Phillips connects with a strong right hook. "Nayemnyy Ubiytsa" stuffs a takedown but is backed into a corner and must slide into guard to avoid being picked up. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Earl Phillips lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Earl Phillips escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Earl keeps Seriozha Frenkel at a distance with some well timed jabs. Seriozha Frenkel throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from "Orange Julius". Seriozha Frenkel weaves through a jab-cross combo but is met with a strong knee. "Orange Julius" is hit with a hook and a shovel punch and stumbles backward. Seriozha Frenkel tries to press the action but is met with a push kick from "Orange Julius" that puts him on the floor. "Orange Julius" lays into Frenkels thighs with some well timed kicks while Frenkel is grounded. Round 2 is finished.

Round 3
Earl Phillips circles Frenkel, landing jabs and crosses at will. Phillips narrowly dodges a cross from Seriozha, but falls catching him in his guard. Phillips begins to work the rubber guard. Earl Phillips tries to slide out of guard, but a scramble ensues. "Nayemnyy Ubiytsa" ends up mounted by Earl Phillips. Seriozha Frenkel attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Frenkel gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Round 3 is over.
