Round 1 "Orange Julius" slips a cross from Morgan Brooks and lands an uppercut to the liver. Earl Phillips gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Earl Phillips carefully protects himself from Brookss strikes. Earl Phillips slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Earl Phillips keeps Morgan at a distance with some well timed jabs. "Orange Julius" keeps Brooks at a distance with some well timed jabs. Morgan circles Earl, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 "Polar Bear" circles Phillips, landing jabs at will. Earl throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from "Polar Bear". Earl circles Morgan, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Earl is hit with a hook and a shovel punch and stumbles backward. "Polar Bear" explodes forward with a push kick that puts Earl on the canvas. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 "Polar Bear" slips a cross from "Orange Julius" and lands an uppercut to the liver. After dodging a jab-cross, Earl lands a kick to the liver of Morgan Brooks who steps back and begins to take a knee. Earl rushes forward to capitalize but Morgan Brooks stands back up and is met by a strong cross-uppercut that again backs him up. Phillips weaves through a jab-cross combo but is met with a strong knee. Brooks parries Earls jab and lands an uppercut that floors "Orange Julius". Round 3 comes to a close.
