Round 1
Dennis attempts a takedown, but cannot finish it. "Serpents Shadow" takes advantage of the moment taking side control. Alberto Gomes attempts an armbar, but Price stops the attempt. Alberto Gomes uses the oppurtunity to take mount. Price attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Price gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "Serpents Shadow" peppers Dennis Price with several shots to the face. Alberto Gomes locks in a body triangle as he takes shots at Price. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
"Serpents Shadow" snaps back the head of Dennis Price with a stiff jab. Dennis Price takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Alberto Gomes ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Dennis to the mat, and his back. Alberto attempts to lock in a rear naked choke, but Price rolls into to mount to cleverly avoid it. Alberto secures his position. Alberto Gomes secures his position. The round comes to an end.

Round 3
Dennis Price fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Gomes. Dennis Price gets double underhooks, and unleashes unanswered knees to the midsection. "Serpents Shadow" uses his under and overhook to hit a solid body toss takedown, landing in full guard. Alberto drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Price begins to work the rubber guard. Dennis Price shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Price attempts a few a shots from the guard, but gets mounted for his troubles. Round 3 is finished.
