Round 1 "Cmon Chief" is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Daniel Sherk drops a huge strike to Masahiko Kamachis chin, landing into his guard. Daniel Sherk drops a few strong punches, opening up Masahiko Kamachis guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. Masahiko gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Daniel Sherk tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Daniel peppers Masahiko Kamachi with several shots to the face. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 2 Masahiko is brought to his back by a well executed takedown from Daniel. Daniel now has side control. Daniel Sherk slides his knee across the body of Masahiko Kamachi and takes full mount. Daniel secures his position. Kamachi gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Masahiko carefully protects himself from Daniel Sherks strikes. Daniel lands a series of heavy punches forcing Masahiko to roll to his back, giving Daniel mount. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Daniel is hit with a jab and then taken down with a strong trip takedown. Sherk attempts to create some space from his guard, but Masahiko Kamachi sees the opening and passes to full mount. Daniel gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Daniel Sherk starts to wiggle out of back control, "Cmon Chief" lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Kamachi sends Sherk to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Masahiko passes through Sherks guard into mount. Sherk gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Masahiko tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Sherk eats a few stiff shots from "Cmon Chief", and rolls giving mount to stop the ref from ending the fight.Round 3 comes to a close.
